Conductor desnudo de aluminio AA (1350-H19) reforzado con acero galvanizado.

CONSTRUCCIÓN
Los conductores de aluminio desnudo tipo ACSR son cableados concéntricamente con alambres de aleación 1350-H19, sobre un alma de acero, que puede ser un alambre o un cable de acero con galvanizado clase A, B o C (de acuerdo a lo que el cliente especifique). Su forma de embalaje son carretes en longitudes de acuerdo a las necesidades del cliente.
APLICACIONES
Los conductores de aluminio desnudo reforzados con acero tipo ACSR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced) son utilizados para líneas de transmisión y distribución de energía eléctrica. Estos conductores ofrecen una resistencia a la tracción o esfuerzo de tensión mecánico óptimo para el diseño de estas líneas. El alma de acero de estos conductores está disponible en diversas formaciones, de acuerdo al esfuerzo de tensión deseado, sin sacrificar la capacidad de corriente del conductor.

• ASTM B498: Alambres de acero zincado (galvanizado) para conductores de aluminio reforzados con acero (ACSR).
• ASTM B500: Cable de acero zincado (galvanizado) para conductores de aluminio reforzados con acero (ACSR).
• NTE INEN 2 170: Conductores de aluminio cableado concéntrico, reforzado con núcleo de acero recubierto (ACSR).
